SpinBoss Customer Support
SpinBoss Customer Support
During testing, SpinBoss customer service was hit or miss. The crew did a good job with smaller, simpler problems, and both the live chat and email worked well and were easy to find. Live chat was the fastest way to get answers, with replies coming practically right away. That's precisely why it's great for quick checks like account queries or bonus explanations.
Things went wrong as the questions got more complicated, though. The answers sometimes seemed weak, or, to be fair, just not very knowledgeable when the concerns were particular to the platform. In a few situations, the reps seemed to have trouble figuring out what the real problem was, which made the procedure way more annoying than it had to be. The replies were occasionally overly general, as well as repeated, which made it seem like the team supposed to support us didn't know much.
Email assistance was substantially slower, but the answers were usually better. The answers were more thought-out and probably came from support workers or agents with more expertise. This made email the best way to go for actual account and technical difficulties. Live chat is great for getting things done quickly, but it may also go nowhere.

Live chat got me quick replies, but the experience was frustrating because the reps weren’t knowledgeable. Email support was way better in this regard. I’d categorize SpinBoss’s customer support as a hit or miss.
