Few people place quite as much importance on a bookmaker’s customer support feature as they should! Most think that odds and betting options are the priority, when in reality, your winnings live or die based on whether the support feature will help you with whatever problems you’ve got. Even the best odds are meaningless if you can’t withdraw a penny and no one will tell you why!
Luckily, that’s unlikely to happen here at Winsane. The customer support team is very professional and can be reached very easily in multiple ways. The main one is via live chat, which can be opened from nearly every page by clicking or tapping on the small speech bubble icon in the bottom-right corner. If live chat’s not quite your tempo, though, you can just shoot them an e-mail at [email protected]. While Winsane currently doesn’t offer phone support or the ability to submit a ticket through the site, we don’t think that this will be a serious issue for most players.

My honest thoughts about the live chat feature are a little mixed. On one hand – it definitely worked as intended! A few taps were all it took for me to be chatting with a representative who, to their credit, was very polite and understanding when answering my questions. So what’s the issue? For me, it was primarily that the process took too long. Despite the fact that Winsane is a very new site (and thus shouldn’t be very busy just yet), it appeared that the agent I spoke with was very overwhelmed and took a long time to answer my questions. It left a pretty poor impression, and turned a 5-minute conversation into something that lasted a bit over 20 minutes.
