In case something goes wrong with your betting experience, there’s literally no one more qualified to help you than the customer support team – and that’s because it’s literally their job to do so! With that said, just because a support team SHOULD help you doesn’t mean they WILL, as many bookmaker support reps tend to be… less than knowledgeable. So, did RoboCat handle this part okay?
To our surprise, it certainly did! We tested out their live chat personally, and wrote our impressions below – but suffice to say, they’re fairly positive. Not everyone wants to use live chat, though, and if you fall into that category, that’s fine! For the most part, the live chat support was pretty decent. The representative I was connected with was very polite and patient, and answered all of my questions – including clarifying some things that I didn’t feel the site’s terms and conditions were clear enough on. However, it’s also worth noting that the support speed was very slow, and it often took north of 10 minutes for me to receive a single reply. At that point, maybe just reaching out via email would be better, if waiting’s unavoidable anyway.
