We at BettingSites.CC may be rather knowledgeable about Twin and online bookmakers in general, but we won’t be able to help you much if you’re having trouble. Instead, you’ll need to rely on Twin’s internal support team… and that can be a problem given the fact that you can’t even chat with them.
Under normal circumstances, most bookmakers will let you either send an e-mail to their staff or chat with them in real time to resolve issues more quickly. Twin does not allow the latter, instead requiring all communications to go through e-mail. This might not have always been the case (we found some references to live chat on the site, but no way to actually access it), but it almost certainly is now. Which is profoundly disappointing.

While my general impressions of Twin have been mixed-to-positive, the same can’t be said about its support options… or lack thereof. Yes, I mentioned this before already, but the complete lack of live chat support is a really big deal that could, or at least should, make some players think twice about whether they wish to sign up for the site at all! Sure, the e-mail support and ticketing options work okay, but “okay” won’t cut it when you need an answer quickly or, even worse, if your account has been compromised.
