We’ve found that very few players understand just how important customer support is to the overall gambling experience at sites like Planbet. Imagine that you’re suddenly unable to place any bets at all due to technical or account restriction reasons, and yet, support refuse to answer any of your messages, leaving you completely stuck with no way to keep playing! Nightmare scenario, right?
Well, in an attempt to avoid precisely that, Planbet has given players two distinct avenues of contacting its support team: via live chat and via email. We used live chat for the purposes of our review, but it’s great on the bookie to let players do it in a way that is most convenient to them – even though ideally we would have also liked to see methods like submitting a ticket or contacting staff via an IM service like WhatsApp or Telegram.

Overall, I wasn’t very impressed with Planbet’s support. That’s not to say that it was atrocious or anything, because it wasn’t – but it also wasn’t anything special. The questions I asked were, indeed, answered, but not in a way that I felt was satisfactory, and I often needed to ask multiple follow-ups before I could receive the information that I needed. Granted, I used the live chat, which typically has a lower level of support specialists there – and if I was an actual player who had an issue, I’d probably go directly to email. But it shouldn’t have to be this way. Email should be just as viable of an option as live chat!
