Simple Casino's customer support is, quite honestly, a frustrating system. Firstly, for the longest time, we thought there was only email support, as the way the live chat option is placed in the side menu is far from visible or easily accessible.
Then, when trying to reach a rep via live chat, there are a couple of steps before you can get in touch with a real person instead of a bot. Once the real rep is there, things get smoother but there’s still room for improvement.
As for the email assistance, we can’t say it was quick by any standard. It took over 24 hours to get a reply, and when we got one, the same amount of time was necessary for every single next message of the back-and-forth.

As you may have understood by the feedback here, I waited quite a lot to get an email reply. This happened again and again, so a back-and-forth that would normally take a couple of minutes turned into a days-long saga. Still, the rep’s soft skills were excellent, and it deserves a mention.
