Although there were a few question marks in our research of Nyxbets and its parent company, overall we believe that the bookmaker is legitimate.

Why Do We Think That?

• Verifiable Company – Most scammy online betting sites will hide behind a veil of anonymity, as it’s not in their best interest to attach a name to a site that they know is about to develop a very poor reputation. At a glance, Nyxbets has also not given a company name anywhere, which made us very suspicious of it. Those suspicions, however, were quickly put to rest once we discovered that the site is owned and operated by Greenwich N.V., a (so far) reputable company. Why its name isn’t listed in the footer is anyone’s guess, but the information is public and not very difficult to find.
• Anjouan License – Gambling law can differ from country to country, but most places will agree that a site needs to be licensed if it wishes to operate legally on their territory. A license means that the bookie is under the supervision of a gambling authority that ensures fair play, and that all proper guidelines are being followed. Although Anjouan is a relatively new player in the ring of gambling licensors, they’ve so far proven to be very legitimate and serious about their work, which gives us a lot of hope for any bookie licensed by them – including Nyxbets.
