My impressions of NeoSpin’s live support are decent enough – but nothing mindblowing. It’s worth noting that it took a very long time (about 15 minutes) before a support agent connected to me, which immediately put me in a bad mood. What amended the situation at least somewhat was the fact that the support agent I was assigned to was rather knowledgeable, and they actually answered my questions instead of telling me nonsense like “just go read the terms and conditions,” which has happened to me at other sites. Granted, I only had questions and not actual problems, so I can’t guarantee support will be useful for actual bug fixes – but I’m feeling optimistic about it.
