But if live chat wasn’t something you were going to use anyway, then you can also just send an email. This method can be a little bit slower (taking up to 24 hours), but is well worth considering if you have a more complicated request that will require a higher level of support.

Despite the fact that NaoBet obviously wants you to use its live chat feature over its email support, the unfortunate reality is that it just isn’t very good. When I gave it a shot, it took over 15 minutes for me to receive a response that wasn’t the standard “hey, how can I help you today”. On one hand, you might be thinking “15 minutes is still better than the 24 hours you’d wait for email support,” but that fails to take into account the long wait times between messages, which make the whole process feel frustratingly prolonged. If you can help it, I recommend just shooting them an email instead of dealing with the headache of live chat.
