Subjectively, my experience with GGBET’s support team was actually pretty decent. I used live chat, and I must say that I connected almost immediately, and the responses were relatively quick. This surprised me, since on the site’s main page, they state that it can take over 5 minutes for an agent to connect with you, which certainly wasn’t my experience. With that said, I think it’s very important to note that many negative user reviews I read online specifically call out the poor customer support. Apparently, there have been many cases in which people’s winnings weren’t being sent, and support refused to answer questions about that. This wasn’t my experience, but still, keep it in the back of your mind should you decide to sign up for GGBET.
