What should you do if you ever encounter some technical issues at Bookofbet – wagers not registering, cashouts not going through, that sort of thing? Why, you should reach out to the site’s support team, of course! Although it doesn’t have a dedicated “contact us” page, you can still use two different methods to reach out: email (listed in the footer and by us just below) and live chat (which you can find in the side menu). Although Bookofbet also has a Telegram channel, it’s just for announcements and can’t be used for communication.
So, which of the two methods should you use? They’re intended for different things (with live chat meant to be a faster, snappier experience while email intended for more complex issues), but after testing both, we’d recommend that you go with email. As we’ll get into in just a moment, live chat – while not terrible – just doesn’t provide the same level of support as email does.
