Deposits

Payments are accepted in several currencies; any payment arriving in a currency other than the account currency is converted at the prevailing rate, with any exchange premium paid by the depositing side. No credit is extended for use of the services. Additional KYC checks can be conducted at the deposit stage, and failure to provide the required documents may result in account closure.

Two rules here carry real consequences. The anti-money laundering policy requires every deposit to be wagered at least x2 times before a withdrawal can be made. The right is reserved to apply stricter requirements to anything classified as high risk, and wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Third-party deposits are banned outright, including those from friends, relatives, partners, wives, and husbands; all payments must come from an account, system, or card registered to the account holder. Verification before the first withdrawal

Withdrawal rules and processing

No withdrawal is processed until all wagering requirements are met and the initial deposit has been turned over at least x2 times. A payout can be refused where the total bet amount is lower than the last deposit. Funds marked as “Bonus” cannot be withdrawn, and neither can funds stuck in an aborted game. While a bonus is active, no requests can be made, and canceling the bonus voids both bonus gains and real-money winnings.

Payouts run through the same method used for deposits, with the financial department having the final say on the designated route. Processing takes 24 to 48 hours after successful verification. Only 1 pending request is allowed at a time, only 1 per payment method, and, depending on the method, only 1 per 24-hour period. Wins above an unspecified threshold may be paid in structured installments, with no further withdrawals permitted until the next cycle begins; progressive jackpot wins are exempt and paid in full. Canceling a withdrawal returns the money to the balance, and any losses incurred in gameplay afterward are not the casino's responsibility. Refunds are not available once play has started, since the products are treated as consumed instantly and where a refund does apply the response comes within 3 days.

Win caps

The maximum payable on any single bet or spin, including bonus rounds and free spins, is €100,000 or the equivalent in the local currency. Jackpot winnings are exempt. Some games may allow wins above that figure depending on the approved staking level, and while the excess can appear in the balance temporarily, the casino reserves the right to remove it and pay only €100,000. Separately, winnings derived from bonus funds, free spins, free bets, or promotional credits are capped at x5 the amount won from those funds, with any amount above forfeited upon withdrawal. Verification

Identity checks at Betportal are framed as a regulatory obligation, and every account is subject to them.
