If you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed some assistance from staff, then you know exactly how important it is for the support team to be competent and response. And BetFrost’s own team is just that… kind of. In the process of writing our review, we tested both live chat and email, and generally, were very impressed by email support. We received a fairly lengthy response within a day of our message which answered the several questions we had included into our message satisfyingly. As for live chat, though… Well…

In my opinion, although the email support function of BetFrost is really decent, the same can’t really be said for its live chat. It’s not terrible, necessarily. If you have simpler questions, or would like to request a cashback, then the agent is more than qualified to do it (after a respectable wait, of course – set aside at least half an hour). But anything more complicated than that, and you really should turn straight to the email support. You’ll waste your time and get either insufficient or straight-up wrong answers. Which is completely unacceptable.
