Atefia Casino Sports Review
Atefia runs a big sportsbook – 37 sports in total, from the staples like Football, Tennis and Basketball down to oddities like Pesapallo, Padel and Lacrosse. The breadth is genuinely good, though it's worth noting a chunk of that count is padded out by AI and esports variants (Football AI, Basketball AI, E-Football, E-Basketball, E-Ice Hockey), so the number of “real” sports is a bit lower than 37 suggests. Esports does get its own tab and reasonable coverage if that's your thing. The lobby is straightforward to navigate, with top leagues pinned up front, an always-busy Live section and a Boosted Odds feature that boosts odds on selected markets. A Popular Bets panel sits on the right if you want a quick sense of where most of the action is heading.
Football
Football is clearly the centerpiece here and Atefia treats it that way. The country coverage is broad – England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, plus a long list reaching down to smaller footballing nations like Bhutan and Bolivia, alongside World, Europe and Americas competitions. Where it really delivers is the market depth. On a single match, you'll find 1×2, Total, Double Chance, Both Teams to Score, Draw No Bet, First/Last Goal, Goalscorer, Handicap, Correct Score, plus corners and bookings markets, Player Specials and Teams H2H. There's a Bet Builder for stitching your own selections together, a Combo tab and faster-paced options like Flash, Fast Markets and 1-minute betting if you don't fancy waiting around. It's a thorough setup that covers casual punters and detail-focused bettors equally well.
Padel
Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world right now and it's good to see Atefia giving it a spot rather than ignoring it, as many bookmakers still do. That said, the coverage is on the thin side – it mostly revolves around International events such as the Premier Padel tour, with both Men's and Women's draws included. The betting markets are fairly basic as well: Winner, First Set Winner, Second Set Winner and the occasional game-specific market, such as First Set Game 8 Winner. So while it's a nice addition for anyone who's caught the padel bug, don't expect the kind of depth you'd get on football or tennis – this is bare-bones coverage for a sport that's clearly still finding its feet on the betting side.
Tennis

Tennis gets proper treatment at Atefia, which is good to see, given how popular it is for betting. All four Grand Slams are covered – Wimbledon, US Open, Australian Open and French Open – alongside the ATP, WTA, Challenger, ITF (Men and Women) and even UTR events, so there's plenty of choice across both the elite and lower tiers. The markets are where it earns its keep. Beyond the standard Winner, you get set-by-set winners, Set Handicap, Game Handicap, Total Sets, Total Games, Correct Score, Winner & Total, Odd/Even Games, tiebreak markets and an Aces tab, plus Player Markets with individual total games for each player.
E-sports
Esports is well represented at Atefia and the lineup backs that up – Dota 2, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Valorant, Call of Duty, Overwatch, Rainbow Six and a handful of less mainstream titles like Crossfire, Deadlock, Fortnite and Kings of Glory are all covered. That's a wide net and it's more than most bookmakers bother with. The markets are built sensibly around how esports actually plays out: Match Winner, Total Maps, Map Handicap, Correct Match Score, plus map-by-map betting that drills right down to individual map winners, 1×2, round handicaps, total rounds and even specific round winners. So whether you just want to back a team to win or get into the weeds of a single map, the depth is there.
American Football
American Football is handled well here and notably better than you'll find at a lot of competing sportsbooks. Coverage spans the NFL, NFL Preseason, NCAA and IFL outside the USA, as well as the CFL in Canada, so both American and Canadian games are covered. The market depth is the standout, though – it goes well beyond the basic Winner, Spread and Total. You get Scoring Props, TD Scorers, Player Specials, quarter and half betting, Race to X Points across a whole range of thresholds, First Scoring Method, Anytime Touchdown Scorer and a full set of player props covering passing yards, passing touchdowns, receptions, receiving yards and rushing yards. A Bet Builder is available too.
Basketball
Basketball rounds out the lineup on a strong note. Coverage runs deep in the countryside – the NBA, WNBA, NCAAB and NCAAB (W) out of the USA, plus Europe, World, Australia, Brazil and a long tail of national leagues stretching to the likes of Kenya and Mali. The in-play markets are solid: Winner, Spread, Total, Odd/Even and full quarter-by-quarter betting covering draw no bet, handicap, total, 1×2 and odd/even for both the third and fourth quarters, with a Bet Builder thrown in. Where this section pulls ahead is the Outrights – you can bet on league winners, conference winners and even season awards like MVP well ahead of time, which is something a lot of bookmakers skip entirely.

Atefia gets more right than I expected going in and the experience itself – across signup, support and actual play – was smooth and gave me nothing real to complain about. What I can’t fully look past is the lack of a disclosed license and any owner transparency and that’s the one thing I’d tell anyone to weigh seriously before depositing.
