We typically review the customer service of an online bookmaker last, but make no mistake: this absolutely doesn’t mean it’s the least important aspect! Quite the opposite, terrible customer support can absolutely destroy a bookie that is otherwise impeccable! Luckily, this doesn’t seem to be the case here. After a few conversations, we’re happy to say that 20BET’s customer service agents are polite, knowledgeable, and reliable… or at least they were when speaking to us!
The site currently offers three different ways for you to contact their support team. The most convenient one is undoubtedly via live chat, which can be accessed through a green ‘speech bubble’ icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. By clicking or tapping on it, you’ll be able to chat with a support rep and directly explain your issue. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, then your alternatives are to send a support ticket by filling out an on-site form or an email at [email protected]. Either way, you should receive a reply in your inbox within 24 hours.

My conversation with the 20BET support agent was rather productive – which sounds like the bare minimum, but trust me, I’ve seen quite a lot of sites that didn’t even offer me that much! I didn’t really have any issues using the site, so instead I asked for some clarifications about the rules of various promotions. Ultimately, I ended up getting most of the answers I needed, and where the support agent couldn’t help me, they politely apologized and directed me to the e-mail function so that someone with seniority could do the research and take a look.
