The registration process at V.Vegas is split into 2 steps, which keeps the initial sign-up from feeling overwhelming while still collecting the necessary information before an account is fully active.

The first step handles login credentials. An account can be created using either an email address or a phone number, both options are available from the start, and the phone registration tab shows country code selection, with Bulgaria visible as an example. Alongside the chosen contact method, this step asks for a password and a preferred currency, with EUR selected as the example. For those who'd rather skip manual entry entirely, signing up through Google, X, or TikTok is also available.

The second step moves into personal details: first name, last name, date of birth, country, city, and address. Before the registration is finalized, a set of checkboxes appears. One is mandatory, confirming that the account holder is at least 18 years old and agrees to the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, general Terms and Conditions, and Betting Rules. Two additional checkboxes are optional, covering consent to receive promotional emails and the option to enter a promo code. The split between required and optional boxes is clear, which is a straightforward positive, there's no ambiguity about what has to be agreed to in order to proceed.

Logging in follows a standard format. Email and password are the default credentials, and the process is about as simple as it gets. For those who registered through Google, X, or TikTok, the same social login options are available on the login screen.

Password recovery is handled through a “Forgot your password?” link in the login box. Clicking it triggers an email with a password reset link, and V.Vegas states that the email should arrive within 30 minutes. If it hasn't shown up within that window, the advice is to check spam, promotions, and similar filtered folders before concluding it hasn't been sent. If the email still hasn't arrived after checking those folders, contact the support team.
