Nothing sucks more than being unable to place the bet you want solely because of a technical glitch – and then missing out on a big payout as a result. Well, except for not getting your withdrawal on time, or at all. Thankfully, both of these issues can be resolved in the same place: the customer support center. That’s precisely why that center needs to be perfect, and sadly, Svenplay’s is anything but.
Since phone support isn’t available (no surprise there), you can only reach out via live chat or email, and both of these methods have some pretty serious flaws. We’ll discuss live chat in just a moment, since it’s a more subjective experience, but as for email, its issue is that it’s very slow. In fact, we still haven’t received a reply days after writing them! We’re sure we will eventually, but often the issues one faces at an online bookie must be resolved in a matter of hours, not days.

Overall, I didn’t really like my time with Svenplay’s live support. For starters, it took me a bit to even figure out how to connect to an operator! The live chat window itself is a bit hidden (it’s not in the bottom right corner or in the About Us page like usual, but instead it’s a tiny icon in the top menu), and even after opening it, I had to make it through an annoying AI assistant just to speak with a human! It wouldn’t have been so bad if the assistant was actually useful for simpler questions, I’ve seen some like it, but this one just gave me very generic responses and actively prevented me from getting the assistance I needed. And for what? Just have a big button in the bottom right corner of every page that directly connects you to a support assistant! Getting help shouldn’t be an ordeal, it should be easy and take a minute tops!
