Overall, I wasn’t at all impressed by the level of customer support I received here. Don’t get me wrong – I’m sure that email support is great, since I’ve contacted Novaforge sites that way in the past and have always had a good experience. But live chat is typically extremely poor, and this is no exception. Just getting a response sent your way takes so long, and that response is likely to be very insufficient. My advice would be that, unless you’re a VIP player who has access to the “VIP support” feature, just skip live chat and send an email instead.
