Well, the surest way to find out is to email customer support and ask them for an explanation directly! And yes, we did say email – sadly, live chat at MadCasino isn’t very good (as we’ll explain in detail just below). Email support, on the other hand, is pretty decent, although you’ll be waiting a while (just under a day for us) to receive a response. So it might still be worth using live chat anyway if you have an issue that’s truly time-sensitive.

Although my impressions of MadCasino’s email support were generally very good, the same can’t be said for its live chat. When I tried to test it out, it was pretty much unresponsive for nearly 15 minutes (I did get a “hello, how can I help you” – type message quickly, but no response for a while afterwards). Furthermore, the replies I did get were extremely basic, and I often felt as if the support agent knew less about this site than I did, which is simply unacceptable. The cynic in me is wondering whether they’re intentionally making this version of live chat bad to advertise their “VIP support” feature which you earn from the casino VIP program – but even if they don’t, this is still pretty bad!
