LVBet Customer Support
LVBet Customer Support
LVBet is a very, very old site – practically ancient as far as online bookmakers go! And while for the most part you can ignore that, there are a few areas where that becomes pretty apparent (like its lack of crypto options). Unfortunately, one of those areas is the customer support, which includes phone support, but not live chat, which is honestly perplexing and the exact opposite of how every other bookie does it. Hell, you can’t even send an e-mail, you’ll have to go through their own site to submit a ticket (or at least we didn’t find a support e-mail listed that LVBet wanted you to use). To say that it’s a deal breaker would be pushing it, but it’s certainly very odd.
Live Chat Support | No |
E-Mail Support: | Yes |
I imagine that some readers might be a bit confused about my reaction above – why is it a big deal that you can’t use live chat, anyway? Well, it’s mostly because of the speed of responses. With live chat, you can get a message within minutes, while e-mail support will make you wait up to 24 hours… which isn’t great if you’re trying to, for instance, get back control over a locked-down account. When I contacted them, it took about 4-5 hours to receive a reply over e-mail, which is far too long for a primary means of communication. Sure, you can just call them, but that can be expensive depending on where you live, and also, some players may have anxiety speaking on the phone with a stranger – something that has become increasingly common among the Millennial and Gen Z generations. So, I don’t think it’s an excuse when live chat is right there as an alternative and would be so much better for everyone.
