If you’re experiencing any technical difficulties with LamaBet, or simply have questions that our long and comprehensive review hasn’t answered, then fear not! The site has a fully functional support feature which you can access at any time, either via live chat or e-mail. The latter is quite simple, really: just use whatever e-mail client you have (Gmail, Outlook, etc) to send a message to support@lamabet.com. You can also use the Support page to submit a ticket, which serves the same function.
And if you prefer a more direct approach, then you can use the tiny speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of every page in order to initiate a live chat with a support agent. This may get you your answers a little bit faster than e-mail, but in our experience there were still considerable delays in responses, and it took some work on our part to get answers that we really should have received right away.

All in all, I thought that LamaBet’s support team did an okay job. Shocking, right? I bet you didn’t expect that, after nearly every other aspect of LamaBet could be described as “mediocre”, the same would hold true for its support function! Now, to be completely fair, the representative that I was connected to did try his best to help me out, and answered a few of my questions – answers you can find in this very review. Unfortunately, his responses were slow, and I often needed to poke and prod in order to get the full picture, which didn’t feel great.
