Despite some issues (which we’ve explained below when talking about our experience with it), ultimately we found the site’s support very useful. You can use the live chat system built into it to reach out, but we would recommend that you use email, as it’s more reliable and provides a higher level of support. Although WhatsApp and Telegram are listed as options in the menu, they’ll just take you to a channel for updates on those respective apps, and you won’t be able to use them to contact support.
