FeliceBet Customer Support
It’s not impossible for you to encounter some serious issues while playing at FeliceBet, considering how buggy and downright broken the site can be at times – and even if you don’t, you might hit a snag with withdrawals. Either way, the best course of action when this happens is to reach out to support, either via live chat or email. We tested both options for our review – but what did we discover?

| Live Chat Support | Yes |
| Email Support: | Yes ([email protected]) |
I really wasn’t a big fan of FeliceBet’s live chat. The fact that this is the only method visible on the site – with the email address only hidden away in the terms of service – I expected it to be so good that you don’t even need to send emails if things get rough! Unfortunately, that wasn’t really the case, and (as is too often the case at various bookmakers) live chat wasn’t especially helpful in my case. And I imagine that it’ll be extra unhelpful if you’re reaching out with a much more serious issue, like being unable to withdraw. Take my advice and ignore it entirely – email may be slow, but it should get the job done.
