Booms Bet has pretty solid customer support via 4 channels, which include live chat, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Though the live chat option on the platform is quick and helpful by all means and gives us almost immediate access to a rep, there is something we couldn't help but notice. That is the quality of assistance you can get via the external support options. Telegram and WhatsApp are curiously a bit faster in responding to inquiries, which can be a good thing if you like using them.
No matter which option we talk about, though, one thing is for sure — the support team seems well-trained and is overall efficient in helping bettors with any problems or questions. Email support is open for your queries as well but is slightly slower compared to the live chat and the two messaging apps. Most of the time, it's better to use the live chat or one of the external services.

WhatsApp was my preferred way to reach out to a rep, but the live chat was quite responsive and helpful as well. All in all, no complaints when it comes to the speed or vibes of the reps.
