BinoBet Customer Support
The customer support feature is up there with a bookie’s legitimacy as underlooked things that are absolutely crucial to its overall quality. But while it’s often a mistake for players to overlook whether a bookmaker has a license, it’s understandable why not too many care about its support – it’s one of those things that you don’t even think about unless you need it. BinoBet in particular hasn’t helped matters, as its support page is concealed way down in the footer of the site, among a dozen other buttons.
Despite all this though, our experience with support (once we did reach out, which you can read more about a little bit below) was fairly smooth. To get assistance, you can use either live chat or email, and we tested the live chat function since we knew that’s what most players would be using. However, we imagine that email support would be pretty decent as well, and it holds distinct advantages over chat as it isn’t dependent on you standing by your phone or computer and waiting for a response.

Email Support: | Yes ([email protected]) |
My first impression of this site’s live chat support was, admittedly, a pretty negative one – since I was immediately greeted with a chatbot. Not a great start, especially since it refused to just connect me to a human when I asked it to. These bots are completely useless, but thankfully I was eventually able to get out of its clutches and connect to an actual person. Things were a bit more smooth from there, as I was able to get answers to a few of my questions, even though the process was ultimately pretty slow. If I had to do actually get help with an issue as a player, I’d probably skip live chat entirely and just send an email instead.
