But trust us, it only takes one serious issue for support to go from “useless” to “the single most essential feature on the site”. Doubly so when Stellar Ltd (Wyns’ owner) often mishandle their live chat features, with their sites often having slow, confusing real-time support. Don’t get us wrong: if push comes to shove, you can always use email. But most players are going to use live chat, so how does that fare?

I wish I could say that Wyns has finally broken the Stellar Ltd curse, but sadly that doesn’t seem to be the case. The live chat here suffers from the exact same issues we’ve already seen play out in so many other sites under their care: live chat support team stretched far too thin to be useful, and thus giving vague, contradictory, often wrong answers. Many of Stellar’s betting sites are very similar to each other, but they’re not identical – so the support team being interchangeable between them has clearly not worked out for them.
