When I was testing Winhero, there was one thing I wanted to know, and it was not a complex issue but a question that had to be answered before I proceeded. It was rather an alternative than a real-time solution. There is no 24/7 support and no FAQ to rely on, so assistance here is at the mercy of staff availability, and a little patience.
