Still, the overall interaction was efficient and the issue was resolved quickly.
Email support was slower. I sent a message to [email protected] and received a reply after about half a day. The tone was friendly and the answer was clear, but it didn’t go much beyond the basics. If you have a question that isn’t urgent or that needs a more formal answer, email works fine – but for anything time-sensitive, I’d definitely recommend using the live chat instead.

There’s also a Help Center available, and it covers a wide range of topics. You can find detailed articles on deposits, withdrawals, account setup, verification (KYC), crypto payments, technical issues, and more. It’s organized into clear categories like General Questions, Payments, Account FAQ, and VIP Club, which makes browsing easier if you’re looking for answers without having to reach out to support directly.
Another thing to note is that support is available only in English. This isn’t a huge problem for me personally, but it could be inconvenient for players who aren’t confident in the language. There's no phone number listed, so if you prefer talking to someone by voice, that's not an option here.
