Vegashero separates its bonus structure into Sports, Casino, and Special promotions. Each category includes a set of offers that remain mostly fixed over time, rather than being updated every week. 

Starting with the sports section, the First Deposit Bonus provides a 100% match up to €100. However, this cap is not the same for everyone, for example, deposits from Germany or Norway can unlock up to €200, while other regions like Italy or Kazakhstan face lower maximums. Eligibility is limited to the very first deposit only, and Skrill or Neteller cannot be used. A minimum deposit of €20 is required, and bets must be placed at odds of at least 1.50, either as singles or multis. Wagering requirements differ by location: in Germany, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, and Austria, it’s x5 the bonus and deposit; in other regions, the rate rises to x6. If these conditions aren’t completed, the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited entirely.

The Weekly Reload Bonus offers 50% up to €500, but again, it's not without conditions. Qualification depends on depositing at least €20 and betting through that deposit at odds of 1.50 or higher. The offer is available once per week but must be requested manually via live chat or email, which adds an extra step. Rollovers vary: x6 for select European countries and x8 elsewhere. Wagers can include single bets at odds of 2.00 or multis with each leg at minimum 1.50. Withdrawal before finishing the full wagering cancels the bonus.

A 10% Weekly Cashback on net sports losses is also available, capped at €500, and triggered by losses of at least €20. However, this bonus requires opting in before Monday and is based on total stakes minus winnings, bonuses, withdrawals, and remaining balance. Once activated, the cashback is found under “My Bonuses” and must be wagered x3 within 30 days. It only applies to sports betting and excludes any activity in the casino or live casino sections. Withdrawing before receiving the cashback cancels the eligibility for that week.

There’s an Accumulator Boost, which can add up to 100% extra to the payout on multi-bets. This applies to bets with at least 3 selections, and each leg must have minimum odds of 1.40. The size of the boost depends on the number of selections, 3% for 3 events, all the way up to 100% for 21 or more. No deposit or rollover is required if the bet is made with real money. However, the bonus only activates if all selections are correct, and single bets or bonus funds are not accepted.

The “2 Goals Ahead” early payout rule is a practical feature for football and other sports. If the selected team goes 2 goals up at any point, the bet is settled as a win, regardless of the final result. It only applies to pre-match bets on the 1X2 market, Draws or Boosted Odds are excluded and is valid for single, multiple, system, and Bet Builder bets. There’s no deposit or wagering requirement for this feature, but the match must be marked with the “EP” icon. Similar rules apply to other sports: a 5-run lead in baseball, 17 points in American football, 20 in basketball, 2 sets in tennis, or 3 goals in ice hockey. Using Cash Out cancels the feature, and partial Cash Out only keeps the remaining portion eligible.

Boosted Odds are another type of settlement-based promotion. These are available only for pre-match bets on the 1X2 market and apply to specific matches marked with “Enhanced Prices.” No deposit or rollover applies if the stake is real money. However, bets placed under this promotion cannot be combined with other offers like accumulator boosts or early payouts and don’t count toward qualifying for other bonuses.

Moving to the casino section, the welcome package includes a 100% bonus up to €500, 200 free spins, and one Bonus Crab. A minimum €20 deposit is required, and the offer must be manually activated in the “My Bonus” section before placing any bets. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded. The bonus has high wagering demands,  x35 for the deposit plus bonus amount, and x40 for free spin winnings, all to be completed within 10 days.
