Scored Customer Support
Sooner or later, everyone will need to use a sportsbook’s live chat – it’s simply an inevitability. It might be in three days, six months, or ten years, but eventually, something will break, or a withdrawal will be declined, and just like that, you’ll be at the mercy of a support agent! But are they, indeed, merciful? We decided to test both methods of contacting them to determine just that!

The first thing I always do when reviewing a site’s customer support is to test out the live chat – and here, my impressions are a bit mixed. Although the overall quality of support was fairly decent (well, for live chat – the level of support you’ll get here is always lower than email support), I ran into some technical issues trying to access it. These turned out to be from my browser and were fixed once I switched, but this means a chunk of players will inevitably face them too. On the other hand, emailing support was a smooth experience which wasn’t much slower than live chat, so overall, my recommendation would be that you use it instead.
