Nomaspin: Is it legit?

Nomaspin is it legitAre you worried about whether Nomaspin is a legitimate and safe online bookmaker? In that case, we at BettingSites.CC have only one thing to say to you: very good! You should never trust any betting site just because it seems to be legitimate, and you should always trust your gut, and your brain, when making the choice of which site deserves your hard-earned money. Unfortunately, while most bookies are perfectly legitimate, there are more than enough out there which aren’t, and this necessitates being very cautious.

As such, we put Nomaspin’s safety under a microscope, examining it in thorough detail in order to make an educated guess on whether it’s safe to sign up for it or not. It’s important to note that that’s all this is: a guess, an opinion, albeit one coming from professionals. If you disagree with us, or even if you don’t, we very strongly encourage you to do your own research and figure out where your own opinion stands. What matters is for you to be comfortable with your choice of online bookmaker, not for us to be ‘right’ – so trust your instincts the most!

The Short Answer: Is Nomaspin Legit?

No. Unfortunately, our investigation has determined that Nomaspin is unlikely to be a legitimate bookmaker.

Why Do We Think That?

  • Unlicensed Site – It doesn’t appear that Nomaspin has a license to legally operate – a requirement in most countries where online gambling is permitted by law. Looking into it, there is no mention of a license anywhere on the site, and the parent company is registered in Costa Rica, not Curacao or Malta (who give out the most common casino licenses). As such, Nomaspin is quite possibly illegal to play at in most of the world.
  • Unclear Terms & Conditions – The terms of service page sports many unclear passages and even a few contradictions. This further extends to the bonus terms, which are at best very vague and at worst non-existent. We needed to contact the support team in order to get information about the bonuses we described earlier in our review, and even they didn’t seem to know much more than was already listed on the site.
  • Very High Minimum Withdrawal – The minimum deposit of Nomaspin is only €15, which is completely reasonable and well within the acceptable norm for online bookmakers. However, the minimum withdrawal amount is a whopping €50, more than 3 times the minimum deposit’s size. This means that if you deposit the minimum, you’ll need to more than triple the money in order to withdraw anything at all. There is no reason for the minimum withdrawal to be this big except to keep you from withdrawing more easily.
