Customer service here was somewhat slow and generic, so I can’t say I got everything I hoped for. As we all know, good customer service can seriously improve a casino’s image even if their safety or other aspects aren’t as stellar, but this wasn’t the case here, sadly. Not that it was so bad, though, as once I got to a real person, they were amicable and solution-oriented, however, it took quite a while.
