Currently you can contact them in two ways: via live chat or via e-mail. Phone support, as well as submitting a ticket, are not available here.
But that’s okay because, in our experience, live chat will do the job just fine! You’ll find out more about it in our detailed breakdown a bit further below, but the gist of it is that the support agents were very quick to reply and extremely polite! Although we haven’t tested that method, it’s a fair assumption that you’ll achieve similar results by sending an e-mail, but obviously that method of communication will take far longer. As such, we recommend only using it for matters that aren’t time-sensitive.

My first surprise when I reached out to NationalBet’s support team via live chat is just how quickly the agent connected. It took only seconds for them for join me and then introduce themselves, which, at some other sites I’ve reviewed, can take many minutes. Granted, once that happened it took a little bit for them to get back to me with an answer to the question I had posed, and that answer was… a little unsatisfactory (I asked about esports, and received a reply regarding virtual sports). Still, after a brief back and forth, I managed to get the answers I was looking for, and throughout all that, the agent never lost their patience with me, which was appreciated! Overall, while I can’t guarantee NationalBet’s support team will solve your issue, I’m confident that they’ll try!
