NationalBet Bonuses
NationalBet Free Bets & Bonus/Promo codes
Sports First Deposit Bonus – 100% Match up to €500
Unfortunately, one of the biggest downsides of NationalBet is just how few bonuses its sports section has in comparison to its casino side. Beyond the welcome offer (which we’ll discuss here), the site has just one extra bonus for punters, which is completely unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression. It really sucks being left with no bonuses and having an experience that is worse than that of a brand new player.
At least the silver lining here is that NationalBet’s welcome bonus for sports players is pretty decent. When you make a deposit of at least €20, the bookmaker will double your money up to €500. This isn’t in the form of a “free bet”, but instead a bonus that you can use however you like. There don’t appear to be any restrictions on how big or small your bonus bets can be.
That doesn’t mean the welcome offer is entirely free of conditions, of course – and they’re extremely steep. Once you claim it, you’ll have 30 days to wager it 15 whole times, which is insane. Most bookmakers will only make you wager your welcome bonus 5, maybe 6 times, but not 15! Furthermore, all bets should be with odds of at least 1.90, which further complicates things. If you weren’t scared off, remember to use the bonus code “WELCOMENB” to activate this offer!
Acca Boost – Up to 70% Boosted Winnings
As mentioned earlier, NationalBet doesn’t offer any additional promotions past the one you’d get from the welcome bonus – at least, none that will give you extra funds to wager with. You won’t get any free bets, enhanced odds, a sports cashback, or any other feature that has become pretty much the standard when it comes to online sportsbooks. The only thing you’ll get is a simple acca boost.
To explain it briefly, whenever you form a betslip (combo bet) with 3 or more selections, and you win, those winnings will be “boosted” by a certain percentage. 3 wins will get you a mere 5%, but it can go up to 70% if you manage to, somehow, win a 14-bet acca. This is done to offset the low chance of you winning such a bet by providing you with extra winnings should you manage to do it, which is a very nice thought in theory. In practice, most bookmakers that offer a similar feature will go up to 100%, offering far bigger rewards. And as nice as this offer is, it doesn’t make up for the complete lack of sports bonuses beside it.
Casino Welcome Bonus – 200% Match up to €1,500
While the sports section of the promotions page is extremely scarce, the same can’t be said about its casino offers, which are, quite frankly, fantastic! Not only will you get a reload bonus giving you a 100% match every single week, but you’ll also be able to choose between two different welcome offers, depending on how you wish to deposit.
If you put down money via credit card or Mifinity, then you’ll enjoy a massive 200% match up to €1,500. Not only is the match percentage so much bigger (effectively tripling your money), but the maximum bonus you can receive is three times as big as what the sports section will give you. What a ripoff! If you wish to take advantage of this bonus (and you should if you’re considering a sign-up at NationalBet), make sure to use the bonus code “WEL500”.
If you instead decided to make your first deposit via Bitcoin or another crypto currency, then your reward will be even bigger. Although the maximum bonus you can get is now capped at only €1,000, the match percentage is 300%, quadrupling your Bitcoin just like that! This fantastic offer (which you can claim with the bonus code “WEL300” only further rubs salt in the wound and reminds us of just how much we’re missing out with the sports section.
NationalBet’s sports bonuses are, at best, disappointing, and at worst, insulting. The welcome bonus, while decent in its own right, is completely ruined by what I thought were impossible wagering requirements, and although the combo boost is nice, I don’t feel like it’s enough to serve as NationalBet’s only recurring promo. What especially stung me is just how much more care and attention clearly went into the casino section, which, to me, means that the creators of NationalBet probably don’t care as much about sports as they do about slots or cards. Which is a bad look for me, a dedicated punter who reviews sportsbooks for a living.
