Admittedly, Midnite’s customer support options gave us pause at first glance. The site claims to have a live chat function, but try as we might, we couldn’t find a way to access it at all. Ordinarily it’s located right on the homepage, but Midnite had it concealed well. Just as we were ready to give up, though, we spotted it in the helpdesk section of the site, which is built up as a separate domain from the main one. The easiest way to find it is to access the Contact Us page and then look for the small speech bubble in the bottom-right corner.
If you weren’t able to find it even after our tip, no worries! You can always just send them an e-mail at [email protected], or even just a traditional letter via snail mail if you’re so inclined (although we wouldn’t recommend that). What we would recommend is shooting Midnite an email if you’re struggling with an issue that you don’t think could be easily resolved via live chat, or simply if you’re too busy to commit to a real-time interaction.

Despite my initial issues with finding the live chat of Midnite, once I found it and was able to test it, I found myself pleasantly surprised! The customer support agent I connected with was very polite and knowledgeable, and ddidn’t hesitate to answer my questions. Granted, none of the answers were useful, as he didn’t have all of the information I required, but that’s to be expected – bookmakers like Midnite can be huge and include a whole slew of different terms and regulations. I’m sure that if I had contacted the e-mail support I would have gotten those remaining answers, so if you have a more complex issue, that’s precisely what I’d advise you to do.
