Just like nearly every other site out there, LyraBet advertises both a live chat support feature and one that works over email: no surprise so far. But while the email support appears functional, its live chat equivalent gave us some trouble.

Unfortunately I can’t say much about LyraBet’s customer support because… I didn’t get to test it. In fact, I have no idea if it even exists! The site’s Support page makes it pretty clear that if you’re registered and logged in you can access 24/7 live chat support, which admittedly I’m not a big fan of, and I don’t see the point of hiding such an important feature behind a login (what if the problem is that you CAN’T log in?) But putting that aside, even after logging in, I wasn’t able to figure out how to open the live chat. The message in the Contact Us page remains the same. It’s possible I’m missing something, but considering how inept LyraBet’s web design generally is, it’s possible it just didn’t work from the get-go.
