I was mostly pretty happy with LegendPlay’s live chat feature. If there’s any complaint to be made, it’s that it was pretty slow – it took about 15 minutes for an agent to even connect to me in the first place, and after that, it took about 5 minutes of waiting for each response no matter how basic my questions were. It almost felt like just a handful of agents were handling a ton of requests, and the one that got assigned to me didn’t have time for me, which wasn’t a great look. Putting that aside, though, I must say that the answers were useful and (as far as I can tell), accurate. Not all of my questions were answered, as I still couldn’t find out who’s operating this site, but for the most part, I got a few solid answers.
