Very few people understand just how pivotal it is for a bookmaker to offer a great support system, with well-trained and readily available agents and numerous ways of reaching them. Most players will look at the bonuses or odds first, and while those things are very important, they won’t mean a thing if you’re left hanging on a withdrawal that keeps getting rejected and no one knows why, right?

Luckily, this is unlikely to happen here at LalaBet. For starters, you have two ways to contact support: via live chat (which isn’t available 24/7, but is on frequently enough to enable most players to reach out regardless of time zone) and via e-mail (which can be reached at [email protected]). Admittedly, neither of those options is without flaw, but they both function just as well as one would expect them to, so we’ve got no complaints!

My experience with the LalaBet Live Chat:

Honestly, I thought that LalaBet’s live chat was okay. In some cases, it can be very difficult for me to write these evaluations because ultimately I realize that a live chat agent’s job is to answer questions and be helpful. That was certainly the case at LalaBet, as it is at many other sites. But I didn’t feel like the experience was anything to write home about.

For starters, it took me a while to connect to an agent at all – and even if I did, it took a while for them to find even simpler information that they should definitely know by heart. This, to me, indicates that either the agents are overworked, or they’re all fairly inexperienced. Again: this was NOT a bad experience! They did their jobs, and so I don’t feel bad recommending you to try and reach out if you need them. With that said, they didn’t particularly impress me, and I probably won’t even remember that I spoke with them the day after this review goes live on BettingSites.CC.
