LalaBet Sports Review
LalaBet may be a fairly new online bookmaker, but it’s already making quite the splash on the industry, attracting thousands of players over a pretty short time period. And, upon taking a glance within its virtual halls, it’s not hard to see why: the diversity of both available betting options and the markets for each match is astounding, and one of the most impressive ones we’ve ever seen.
Naturally, most people will gravitate towards the biggest sports, like football and basketball, but if you’re feeling experimental LalaBet can open a whole new world to you. How would you feel about placing a few wagers on cycling, or lacrosse? How about darts, or even mahjong? If you can think of it as a sports discipline, regardless of how obscure, you can probably bet on it here at LalaBet, and that’s no small feat!
Football Betting
Football is by far the biggest sport here at LalaBet, with over 1,000 different matches to wager on at any given point. The diversity of choice truly is astounding, with matches and leagues from pretty much every country. Want to bet on the Turkish Super Lig, or or Polish Liga? No problem! All of the available countries are neatly outlined for you in an intuitive menu, allowing you to choose whichever one you like or even swap between them if building accas.
Naturally, most players will want to bet on the big leagues, such as Premier League and Champion’s League. Those competitions will be displayed by default when you open up the main football betting page, which makes them very easy to find even for players that aren’t used to sports betting. It should be no surprise that they also offer the widest range of betting markets, such as totals, Asian handicap, and team stats.
Tennis Betting
While none of the other sports available for betting at LalaBet come anywhere near the amount of matches that football has, tennis still has a pretty decent showing with about 200 or so matches at any given moment. Unlike the football leagues though, which were primarily focused on individual countries (with a few exceptions), here you’ll primarily find the big, international tournaments, such as Challenger, WTA, and ATP.
While the selection of matches is smaller, though, the diversity of betting markets is still pretty decent, with about a dozen different things you can wager on in each match. Those include winner, set, score/totals, and handicaps – though as you can imagine, the bigger, more high-profile matches will also have a lot more betting markets to choose from.
Esports Betting
Esports are very much present here at LalaBet, but you might not realize that at first glance. This is because the way they’re presented in the menu is really weird: instead of having an esports category, or simply just listing the games, LalaBet has chosen alternate titles for each esport. For example, “Counter-Strike” is called “eShooter”, “Injustice 2” is called “eFighting”, and “Rocket League” is called… “eRocket League”. Yeah, we don’t get it, either.
Despite these odd naming conventions, the actual selection of games is okay. Granted, there are some very odd choices (“Injustice 2” being present over “Mortal Kombat 1” or “Street Fighter 6” is odd for sure), but many of the big games, like “FIFA”, “DOTA 2”, and “League of Legends” will still be present. Even if it might take you a few moments to find them!
Live Betting
No modern sports betting website would be complete without offering its players the chance to place wagers on games that are still ongoing! In that regard, LalaBet isn’t quite as good as some other sites, as really only the bigger matches will gain dynamic odds for live betting. Even with that in mind, though, you’ll always have some match somewhere (usually football or esports, but not exclusively) which you’ll be able to bet on while it’s still ongoing.
What’s more, you’ll also be able to watch a lot of those matches directly through the site! LalaBet is integrated with Twitch, meaning that if a game is streamed there, you’ll be able to watch it on LalaBet itself while you’re still on the live betting page. Again, this primarily benefits fans of esports, but that doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s an extremely handy and convenient feature!

Truth be told, I’m pretty satisfied with LalaBet’s sports betting section. Of course, I’m not saying it’s the best one I’ve ever seen or any other similar hyperbole. I think that it has a few odd things that need to be worked out (like the confusing naming and location of esports), and it could definitely stand to benefit from the inclusion of smaller leagues for sports that aren’t football.
With that said, none of these issues are game breaking, nor do they overshadow the many things LalaBet does well. Chief among those is the sheer amount of sports that you can wager on – especially less often represented ones, like futsal or mahjong. True, many of the sports represented here will only have one or two matches at a time you can wager on – like indy racing or gaelic hurling. But also, what other bookmaker will let you place bets on ANY matches for gaelic hurling?
