The customer support of an online betting site is one of the most important aspects of its services to keep in mind nowadays. Especially when it comes to unlicensed betting sites such as this one, Customer Support is often the only way for punters to be able to resolve the issues they might encounter.

Unfortunately, we don’t think the Customer Support of this particular betting site was very good. Sure, there was a way to contact them on a 24/7 basis via email, but that is a rather slow way to resolve issues. We consider the bare minimum when it comes to Customer Support to be Live Chat, available around the clock.

And even though Koning Bet does claim that it has that kind of support to offer, we could not find it anywhere within the betting site. That was certainly quite disappointing to us!
