Casino Welcome Bonus – €750 + 75 Free Spins
When we opened the promotions page of JoeBit, we were immediately greeted by a huge banner that said “Thrilling Welcome Bonus” positioned in between a picture of a slot machine and a football ball. So, our natural instinct – given this design – was to assume that it’s a bonus that could be used on both sports betting and casinos, which would be pretty unorthodox, but not impossible. We were wrong. Not only does JoeBit not have a welcome bonus for sports at all, but it also doesn’t have ANY promotions for sports betting whatsoever. That banner is a bald-faced lie.
But fine, moving past that, is the casino welcome bonus at least good? Well, it’s alright, but it’s ultimately hurt badly by the “fine text”, which we’ll discuss later. For now, it’s important to note that the offer provides players with a “welcome package” containing 3 separate bonuses, each to be received alongside one of your first three deposits. Here’s what each will net you:
- First Deposit Bonus – 100% Match up to €250
- Second Deposit Bonus – 25% Match up to €500
- Third Deposit Bonus – 75 Free Spins
This bonus isn’t terrible in and of itself. The first offer especially is perfectly adequate – a little low in terms of the maximum bonus you can receive, but since most players will deposit less than €100, it won’t be felt that much. The issue stems from the hilariously low 25% match that you’ll get for the second deposit bonus, as well as from the fact that the third one won’t even give you a match bonus at all! Most casinos will give you a match bonus AND free spins for most deposits of their welcome package!
But perhaps the most egregious part of this offer are its wagering requirements. You’ll have just a few days to play through each of those bonuses (and the winnings from your free spins) x40 times! This is much higher compared to the x30 most casinos will impose upon you, and should make it almost impossible to withdraw even a cent.
JoeBit’s sports bonuses, or to be more precise, the lack thereof, feel like a slap in the face. As professional reviewers, we’ve examined hundreds of different bookies, so we know that most of them tend to give much more of a focus to their casino promotions than they do their sports betting ones. Which is totally fine and reasonable! But “less focus” doesn’t mean “no focus”, and by completely neglecting the punters in their audience, all JoeBit are doing is pushing them to their competition. Was that the goal this whole time? If so, great success!
