We ran many rounds of tests on both services to ensure we understood the user experience and were pleased with the outcomes. The representatives who responded to our inquiries through live chat were helpful, kind, and fast. At times, their initial responses were a little too general; however, by asking the correct questions, we were able to overcome this.

When using the email option, we had to wait around half a workday for the first response and another couple of hours for each next reply. Not lightning fast, but still the best for longer communications that need record-keeping.
