A disadvantage of Gambiva is that the sole way to communicate with the customer service staff is via email. This is one of the very few contact channels available. In most places, users are able to handle difficulties that need urgent help or ask questions about technical difficulties or payments via the use of live chat support, which is a feature that offers a faster and more comfortable manner for consumers to do so. Not here, though. Not having live chat support is a major drawback. We had to wait for more than twenty-four hours in order to get information that was specific to the conditions and details of the incentive we were after, and that was a major bummer.
