Not even customer support was willing to tell us, which is highly suspicious! There are many reasons why a bookie’s parent company would want to stay hidden, and quite frankly, none of them are good.
• Unlicensed Bookie – Any gambling site (be it a bookmaker, an online casino, or something like bingo or poker) must be licensed by a regulatory body that can help oversee it and respond directly to player complaints. There are many such bodies (for example, Malta or Curacao), and once they start working with a site, they’ll issue a license that the bookie can put on their homepage as proof of having oversight. Enigma.Bet has no such license, meaning that it’s operating without any oversight whatsoever.
