Duospin Sports Review
Judging by its name, you’d be forgiven for assuming that Duospin is an online casino – which it is, of course. However, like so many other casinos nowadays, it also has a pretty decent and expansive sports section, which is what we’ll be focusing on in our review. They don’t call us BettingSites.CC for nothing, right?
Although it’s very obvious that most of the focus fell on the site’s casino section, you’d be surprised by just how many sports you’ll find in its sportsbook! There’s the big ones like football, basketball, and tennis, which are always very welcome, but you’ll also find a bunch of smaller, less popular games such as waterpolo, kabaddi, and motocross. We were also surprised to find greyhounds and MMA betting, two activities that, despite being very popular in the world of sports betting, are rarely found in the online space.
Football Betting
Football is the single most popular sport in the world – and if you had any doubt about that, just look at how many different matches the average sports betting site has for it! Under normal circumstances, it’s not uncommon to find a few hundred different games, yet Duospin has gone all out and currently offers well over 1,000 different matches from all around the world. You can find the big tournaments, like UEFA and Premier League (duh), but you’ll also be able to wager on several much smaller bouts from around the world.
Whether you’re wagering on leagues from Germany or something much, much smaller from a country like Romania or Norway, you’ll have plenty of different betting markets to choose from! Obviously there’s the big ones, like 1×2 (winner), exact score, or first to score, those can be encountered pretty much universally no matter which football game you’ve chosen to wager on. However, the bigger matches will also let you bet on things like individual player stats or Asian handicap, which is pretty cool.
Basketball Betting
Since Duospin doesn’t announce how many matches it has per betting option, it’s a little hard for us to determine which one’s the second most popular (we don’t need to tell you which one has the #1 spot). However, basketball is a pretty safe bet, as by our estimation it has a few hundred matches at any given point. Most of those games belong to the NBA, which is expected, but we were also surprised to find out just how many games from international markets (like Canada) Duospin supports.
Sadly, the betting options here aren’t quite as impressive as those for football. You’ll still have access to the big markets, such as 1×2 and score, but most matches won’t give you much more than that. Of course, if you happen upon a particularly big and exciting NBA match, chances are it’s going to have enough betting options to let you make an entire betslip just from them… but those opportunities are rare and pretty much only happen when the NBA season is in full swing.
Esports Betting
Although many don’t even regard esports as a real thing, the fact remains that they’ve become incredibly popular since they first came to prominence over a decade ago (at least in the world of online gambling – esports as an activity have existed for about as long as videogames have). Duospin in particular has not one, but two different categories for them: Esports Moba and Esports FPS.
At first glance, it might sound as if Duospin supports so many different esports bets across so many games that it’s impossible for them to fit into a single category… but that’s not quite the truth. In reality, the site only seems to have a small handful of matches across just two esports, League of Legends and Counter-Strike 2. Not only is this incredibly disappointing, but it also makes one wonder why they needed two separate categories for it. Why not also include games like Dota 2 and Overwatch in them? How about games outside of these categories, like WarCraft 3 or Rocket League? It’s all a mess!
Live Betting
If you went back in time and told someone that one day they’d be able to bet on games as they’re still ongoing, they’d probably say something like “who are you and how did you get in my house?!” In all seriousness, betting on ongoing games has been a solid selling point of online bookies for several years now, so it was a relief to see the practice not only featured here at Duospin, but also given the prominence it deserves.
When you first access the sportsbook, the first matches you’ll see listed are the live ones, which is how it should be – they’ll only be active for a very short time (sometimes literal minutes), so it only makes sense that they should be the first games presented to new players. However, you can also press a button near the top of the screen to just view the currently ongoing games (as opposed to the live games first and the upcoming ones next), which can be extremely helpful if you’re looking for particular ongoing matches.

My feelings regarding Duospin’s sports section are a little mixed, but overall lean positive. After all, it’s undeniable that the sportsbook has plenty of great qualities: it has a wide selection of sports (incuding some very obscure and uncommon ones), and its biggest offerings are plenty populated with games. The football section in particular, which is what most players will be interested in, is pretty amazing. However, Duospin has no shortage of flaws as well, most prominently when it comes to its esports betting options. If you’re someone who primarily wishes to bet on videogames, we recommend that you avoid this site entirely, because it absolutely won’t give you what you need.
