Cazimbo Sports Review
Cazimbo is, at a glance, a betting site like any other – upon entering its virtual halls, you’ll find an interface stuffed to the brim with various betting options, and hell, gambling options in general: slots, live casino games, horse racing, crash games, lotteries, the list goes on! But alas, the truth is that Cazimbo merely presents a facade of normalcy, a veil which, once pulled back, reveals an underbelly which is far, far less pleasant. But we’ll get to that further in our review.
For now, though, let’s just focus on what you really came to learn about: the sports betting section! Although it doesn’t feature anything you won’t also find at many other online betting sites, that doesn’t mean it’s bad by any means – quite the opposite, it offers a very rich selection of different sports and markets for you to choose from. Besides the big sports (like football and basketball, which we’ll talk about just below), you can also place wagers on much smaller options like futsal, rugby, snooker, or beach volleyball! Cazimbo will even let you make “special” bets, like on politics or game shows!
Football Betting
Come on, let’s not kid ourselves here – you came to Cazimbo to wager on football! There’s a good reason why most sports sites place football betting on a pedestal, and Cazimbo is no exception. When you first open up its sports section, the first thing you’ll see on the left, before even the rest of the sports, are the big football leagues: UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Premier League, La Liga, and so on. This means that you can instantly navigate to the biggest football matches in the world and wager on them within seconds.
Oh, but Cazimbo doesn’t just specialize in big games, far from it! You can also wager on many games from much smaller leagues, particularly the country-specific ones: The Colombian “Primera A”, Indian Super League, Polish Ekstraklasa, and so on. And if those don’t quite strike your fancy, there will probably be another smaller league or two that will. Overall, Cazimbo offers well over 1,000 different football games to bet on at any given time, so let’s just say, diversity isn’t one of the site’s weaknesses!
Basketball Betting
There are many sports which could take Cazimbo’s prestigious #2 slot – ice hockey, tennis, and table tennis all offer quite a few matches here. Basketball, however, was most interesting to us simply because of the amount of games this betting option offers. Although basketball is very commonly encountered at bookmakers, most will primarily let you wager on NBA games, which makes sense. If there are other countries represented, they’ll be few and far in between.
Cazimbo, on the other hand, lets you wager on nearly 500 different games from over a dozen different countries. Obviously, most of the games will be from the US’ NBA, but beyond them, you’ll also be able to bet on games from Italy, Japan, Greece, and many more. You’ll even have betting options pertaining to big international tournaments, such as Club Friendly Games, which was very impressive to see! You can find football bets anywhere, but in terms of basketball, there aren’t many casinos that live up – yet Cazimbo is one of them!
Esports Betting
Cazimbo’s esports options are a tiny bit more disappointing compared to its traditional sports counterparts, but are by no means bad. More specifically, our bone to pick (however small) comes from the fact that the number of games here isn’t as big as it can be at other sites: you’ll have the choice between nine games, including Dota 2, Counter-Strike, Valorant, and League of Legends. This is pretty much a nitpick, especially when you consider the fact that the big championships for every single one of these games are supported here at Cazimbo.
Even though smaller titles like Starcraft 2 aren’t available here, the bigger ones (which, let’s face it, is what most esports enthusiasts will want to wager on) sport an impressive variety of matches and betting markets alike. Depending on the game, you might be able to bet on round winner, or MVP, or even some very game-specific objectives like who kills a particular monster in League of Legends or Dota 2. Overall, this area of Cazimbo could be improved a little but, but it’s not bad or disappointing by any means!
Live Betting
And finally, we come to Cazimbo’s very own live betting section – undeniably one of the most important aspects of any sports betting site! By pressing the “Live” button in the top-left corner of the site, you’ll filter out any matches that aren’t currently ongoing, thus seeing just the games in progress. Then you can use one of the sports buttons to the right of the “Live” one to even further narrow down your choice. This goes the other way around, too – if you’re in a sports’ page, you can display all of the live games (if any) with a click or a tap!
Overall, we found this section to be very satisfactory as well. Cazimbo’s odds didn’t shift very often during live games (at least, as far as we could see), but that low volatility can be a boon for those who don’t like to be rushed to place wagers as soon as possible. Furthermore, for football matches, you can gain access to a live play-by-play diagram which shows you where all of the players and the ball are at any given point: an incredibly useful tool for those of us who enjoy placing live bets on foreign matches that we have no way of live streaming!
Frequently Asked Questions
You’ll be able to wager on about 40 different sports here – but keep in mind that not all of them will be available. Some sports will have their on and off seasons, and you won’t be able to wager on them during their offs.
Yes, it is! When you go to the main menu of the site (in the top left corner), you’ll quickly see an option for virtual sports. It’s very easy to find!
That will depend entirely on the games you’re looking to wager on. Most sports will let you bet on the winner or the exact score, but whether you can wager on more specific markets (like handicaps) will differ based on not only the sport, but the popularity of the specific match.
Yes – although Cazimbo’s focus falls on fiat currencies, you can use a few cryptos for both deposits and withdrawals.
This is a difficult question to answer – but given the fact that Cazimbo’s owner is unknown, and it doesn’t appear to be licensed, our answer leans towards “no”. Especially since it seems to have a pretty poor reputation with players.

Although not without its minor flaws, Cazimbo’s sports betting section is absolutely fantastic! I’m very happy to say that, whether you enjoy bigger sports like football or less popular ones like tennis or ice hockey, you’ll find plenty of different matches and betting markets to enjoy! Personally I’ve always been biased towards esports, so I was a tiny bit disappointed that this section wasn’t as good as I hoped it would – but that’s solely because I’m someone with very high expectations for this sort of thing. I assure you that the average punter will barely (if at all) find anything to complain about!
