My impressions of Cashed’s live chat experience were… mixed. When asking simpler questions, the support agent was actually pretty helpful – even though it took quite a while to receive a response (nearly 10 minutes for most of the messages). Still, those responses were eloquent and easy to understand, so, no complaints there. However, when I started asking the more complicated questions (such as about Cashed’s owner and license), the support agent’s behavior became very standoffish – which, unfortunately, is a very common occurrence at shady casinos. It’s like they’re getting mad at you for wanting to make sure they’re not scammers!
