Generally, live chat is recommended for simpler inquiries, ones that can easily be handled by very low-level agents without much power at the site. I wasn’t at all pleased with Billy Bets’ live support function. Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting a lot, since live chat generally tends to be the faster, yet inferior way to get support at casino sites – but this really disappointed me. The agent I was connected with took a very long time to answer my questions, and when they did, the answers were very unsatisfactory. At one point I asked about the site’s license, a very basic question that should have been answered without too much hassle. Instead, I was promptly told to just send an e-mail and then the chat was disconnected without my consent. If this is how they treated me for asking questions, how would they treat you when you’re having trouble withdrawing your winnings?
