I experimented with Betsio’s customer support, and overall, I would call it functional, with some things that are well worth mentioning. The two options of getting assistance are available, by a live chat or an email, and both are accessible 24/7, which I found convenient. There is always a response regardless of the time of the day, and there was no downtime during my testing.

To begin with live chat, it was good once connected but the process of getting started is rather peculiar. Although there was already an account logged in, I had to enter my details manually (name and email) in order to start a conversation. That was sort of unnecessary, when the vast majority of casinos do not require such a step after an active account is created. Nevertheless, as it was determined by the time of filling in the form, the support agent logged in and addressed the query promptly.

There is also email support which operates in two ways. You can simply send a message to [email protected], or as I did – you can visit the bottom of the site and click the email support button. When you are logged in, you instantly end up on a contact form, with your email address already filled in. All it remains to do is type in the message and click SEND. I liked this arrangement, since it saved time and avoided the possibility of entering the wrong email address.

The one thing which I had noticed is that there is no FAQ page. So, in case of a small question, the only solution will be to talk to the support and find out the answer. Waiting an agent may be excessive when it comes to something so trivial as the terms of the bonus or payment details. Personally, I would like to look through a help center first, and this became something that was lacking.
