BetRebels Is it Legit?
BetRebels: Is it legit?
Every online bookmaker player is worried about whether the site they’re trusting with their hard-earned money is legitimate or not – and if they’re not, they should be! Granted, scams aren’t quite as prevalent today as they once were (mostly because the online casino industry is heavily regulated in most of the world), but that doesn’t mean you should just give up on your safety and trust any old site at its word!
We certainly aren’t the trusting type, so we decided to thoroughly investigate BetRebels and find out whether they’re legit or just another scam. To do this, we closely checked every aspect of the site and the company behind it, making careful observations of everything we noticed that helped us trust it, or conversely, made us feel uneasy. Below is our conclusion, as well as our reasoning behind it. As always, we encourage you to perform this process for yourself, and only play at bookies that you trust!
The Short Answer: Is BetRebels Legit?
Yes, we have determined that BetRebels is almost certainly a legitimate site.
Why Do We Think That?
- Licensed Site – If you scroll down to the bottom of BetRebels, you might find a small message in the footer of BetRebels explaining how the site is licensed by MGA, or Malta. This means that Malta is overseeing it and making sure that it doesn’t cross any lines into scammy territory – and conversely, it also means that you have someone to report it to in case you feel like BetRebels isn’t being honest with you. As an added benefit, licensed bookmakers are legal to play at in many countries, so depending on your jurisdiction, you’d be breaking the law by playing at unlicensed sites.
- Very Low Withdrawal Limit – Most betting sites love to take your money, but aren’t so fond of actually giving back when it’s their turn. Many of them will make it as hard as humanly possible for you to get your cash, such as, for example, setting the minimum withdrawal to a very high amount. €20-€30 is the standard, but we’ve reviewed many bookies that have it set to €50, and even a few that have it at €100! BetRebels, conversely, has it set to only €10, allowing most players to withdraw very easily. This indicates that they don’t mind paying out and don’t need to put up unnecessary barriers.
- Clear Terms & Conditions – Many morally gray betting sites will hide “traps” in their terms which an average player wouldn’t be able to catch, and yet can be used against them. For example, a common tactic is hiding in the terms that each deposit must be wagered x10 times before it can be withdrawn, which makes it very difficult to actually withdraw anything. Well, we went over BetRebels’ terms and conditions, and are happy to report no such unpleasant surprising are hiding among them!
